If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?

For less than 0.01% orders,due to network problem between Paypal and our server, your order number may not appear in your popbuying account,please contact our staff: popbuyingcs@gmail.com ,we will check our paypal account and confirm your payment and create the order for you manually.Please including your Paypal Email and transaction ID in the Email.
